ML Agro Products Ltd was born of a increase in demand for quality tobacco in both the domestic and foreign markets. Building on the rich experience of running a profitable operation, a new plant was set up in 1976 at Martur, Prakasham District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Spread over 13 hectares, it is fully self-sufficient with modern Threshers, Lamina Redryers, Automatic Double Ram Press, sophisticated quality control laboratory and mamoth warehouses. It ranks among the largest threshing untis in the country.
Apart from its export commitments, the company also processes tobacco for domestic cigarette manufacturers. The company today has a global reach and a global vision. From what was a small beginning, this modern giant symbolises the striving for excellence that characterises ML Group.
